Role: Production Coordinator-ANIMATION
The Production Coordinator-Animation provides administrative support to the SVP Television Production and production support to Production Managers, from development through post production and broadcast fulfillment.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be organized and able to multitask in busy production office
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good proof-reading skills
Ability to work independently
Sensitive to confidentiality
Must be detail-oriented
Administrative experience in a production/creative environment a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support for SVP Television Production, including booking travel, processing expense reports and maintaining outlook contacts.
Assist Production Managers in the managing of established schedules and budgets through planning, coordination, research and troubleshooting, to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
Support Production Managers in production accounting by raising and tracking PO's, managing a PO logging system, tracking and processing invoices and processing departmental expense reports.
Download, file, distribute and maintain all animation studio deliveries, including series visual assets.
Coordinate logistics and schedule meetings for the Creative and Production team, including the coordination of necessary materials and catering needs.
Assist Production Mangers in contract management by processing contract requests, tracking and filing all fully executed agreements and helping to obtain necessary back up documentation.
Maintain database of resumes and CVs across all creative talent and production staff positions.
Research and book project related staff travel to ensure appropriate budget and corporate guidelines are adhered too.
Maintain production files, schedule boards and production books for production team.
Maintain project distribution and approvals documents and project contact lists.
As necessary, provide production support for projects in development.
Responsible to order and maintain storage of departmental office supplies, including maintaining departmental magazine subscriptions.
Provide general production office support.
Perform special projects as assigned.
Assist in managing established TV internship program including mentoring, managing and supervising the interns.
