Intern - Events

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Stoelt Productions is a recognized leader in the field of physical event execution, fabrication and promotional marketing. We are currently seeking one (1) Event Intern to support our company in and out of the office. The Events Intern will work closely with the principal producer and event coordinators of the company, as well as provide support for our high-profile clients. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level applicants interested in event production to gain exposure and experience to see a large-scale event unfold from start to finish. Our company is a crew of driven individuals passionate about what we do, with the ability to work hard and have fun. We only seek staff members just as enthusiastic and dedicated.

Ideal candidates should possess an interest in event production, upcoming trends, and marketing. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and interact with the utmost professionalism with all personnel on site. Personal hygiene and appearance must be put together and presentable. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. We will need someone who can commit to at least 2-3 days a week in the office. Hours are flexible.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Researching, compiling visual presentations, confirming vendors, generating project binders, filing, running errands, sending press kits, and on site production support during load-in, events, and strike.
