FCP Editor / Motion Graphic Artist

About the Company:
We are one of the leading Direct Response (Infomercial) Agencies responsible for taking a client's product direct to the consumer via infomercial. Maintaining a small production and creative staff (12 full time employees!) allows us to tap into each employee's creativity (that means you too)! Our clients include some of the largest and most popular products on the marketplace sold via infomercial. We write, direct, produce & edit all of the shows in house.

Job Description:
We're looking for freelance FCP editors who have commercial experience, who can work well with a team but can also work on his/her own, with some direction. Sometimes our producers/directors will work with you on an edit, and sometimes you will work alone. Our editors are given some creative freedom, and we are looking for someone who can deliver our vision! Editors must work rapidly and accurately in order to meet broadcast deadlines.

POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS

Applicants must be extremely well organized, motivated and flexible with timing (deadlines are important in this industry)! A positive, energetic do-whatever-it-takes attitude is a must! Also, should be able to take direction and work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Requirement:
3+ years of FCP editing experience
Basic graphic skills (after effects)
Work well with others in a creative environment
Should be able to bring a creative concept to life and add own creative input
DR or commercial editing experience is a plus
