Executive Assistant/Marketing Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

We are currently seeking an Assistant for the CEO and VP of transmedia.
Requirements:
-B.A in Marketing, Advertising, digital media or other related field.
-Previous Agency/Marketing experience preferred.
-Self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with a strong work ethic.
-Tech-savvy, media enthusiast.
-Positive attitude a must.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality of work.
-Must be Mac proficient.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office, including: Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
-Must be able to work with the VP of transmedia to budget, develop and execute proposals for advertising campaigns, including content production.
-Office Management skills.
-Great phone presence.
-Extremely organized & able to multi-task.
-Typing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-Scheduling.
-Photoshop experience a huge plus!
-Social Media expertise preferred.
-Looking for candidates who can start immediately.
