Intern - Marketing, Outreach & Social Media

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Film Presence, a boutique film marketing and outreach company, is seeking interns to assist with multiple campaigns through the winter/spring. Recent movies Film Presence has worked with include BEING ELMO, Lucy Walker's Academy Award-nominated WASTE LAND, and HOWL featuring James Franco. Interns would work with Film Presence on the following aspects of campaigns:

. Researching and contacting partner organizations for outreach around initial premiere screenings
. Researching and managing content for multiple film social media campaigns
. Coordinating postcard and poster distribution
. Coordinating promotions with certain targeted organizations or businesses

Interns will work very closely with the company's two co-founders and in turn learn the start-to-finish process of marketing a theatrical release in NYC. You will never be asked to get coffee.

Requirements:

. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, telephone and in person
