TV Sales Coordinator

This is a Full Time Job

Selected candidate will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President, TV Sales, North America

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work closely with Sales Executives to coordinate contract process from initial deal set up through contract signature and delivery of materials to network.
• Assist with coordination of rights management system.
• Maintain all deal information on in-house sales system (Microsoft based).
• Liaise with other in-house departments (legal, rights, marketing, etc…) including close communication with London office.
• Ordering/shipping screener DVDs for clients.
• Assist with sales presentation materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key buyers, ensuring follow up support on all deals, including post-publicity, material delivery and invoicing.

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE –
• Previous working experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Great eye for detail, particularly with numbers
• Data input and report generating experience; methodical and logical
• Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow through skills; highly self motivated
• Experience working in a busy office environment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

HOURS - 40 hour per week, 8.00am - 5.00pm
