Internship Description of Aros Communications:

Internship Assignment:

Boutique marketing, branding and communications firm is seeking sharp, dedicated, and organized interns with a ready-to-work mentality. Candidates should have excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Must be a college student interested in public relations/communications, strategic or integrated marketing, or a recent college grad looking to gain experience/exposure in the field. Seeking long-term, 3-month commitment.

Daily tasks include:

• Support on managing appointments, press days and special events.
• Handle and maintain loaned product and the tracking of all inventory.
• Organize and prepare press kits and other documents
• Track and clip of all press coverage (i.e. press clip books
• Handle editorial credit requests
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Assist in basic administrative office tasks
• Research new business and strategic marketing assignments

Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Previous public relations internship experience a plus
• MAC and PC skills
