JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist in the coordination of all aspects of live webcast events, including:
o Equipment provisioning
o Crewing
o Event scheduling
o Venue information
o Connectivity provisioning
o Satellite bookings
o Streaming specifications
o Travel arrangements
• Act as a liaison between customers and the Production team.
• Act as single point of contact and main information resource for all Production personnel.
• Prepare event documentation for use by Production personnel in the field.
• Participate as a team member and occasional leader in presentations to senior management.
• Monitor event progress and take ownership in the completion of projects.
• Administer post-event evaluations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years experience in project management in relation to technical production of webcasts, live television, or live event production; including client interaction.
• Extraordinary Internet skills.
• Basic A/V background: understanding of video and audio formats, etc.
• Working knowledge of webcasting technology.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives both internally and externally.
• Outstanding project coordination, organization and time management skills including the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects under demanding time constraints.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Strong PC software skills:
o MUSTS: MS Office (if you are not an Excel superstar, you need not apply), Adobe Acrobat
o PLUSSES: MS SharePoint, Google Docs, Windows Media Encoder, Expression Encoder, Flash Media Live Encoder
• U.S. passport eligibility.
