Ignition Interactive is seeking Senior Digital Producer with 5+ years of interactive project management experience.

You will be working with the team to conceptualize innovative ideas using the newest technologies to create emotional experiences.

The Senior Digital Producer must have strong technical expertise to bring engaging interactive solutions to life. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen interest in digital, interactive technologies. You will collaborate with internal departments to orchestrate the successful execution of complex interactive projects from initial research and strategy through development, delivery and analysis. You will work with big clients while managing internal resources, budget tracking and status reporting to ensure the delivery of products are on time, at cost and match our internal quality parameters.
Skillset & Responsible for:
• Successful management of all aspects of a project throughout its life cycle from concepting and strategy to design, development and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple mid-to-large scale projects at a time
• Excellent communication and ability to set tone with clients, includes keeping them up to date with project status and managing their needs and expectations while nurturing the account relationship
• Create and maintain project plans, including budgets, schedules, milestones, staying on track with approved SOW/brief and client requests
• Coordinate with the Production Team for the efficient utilization of resources across all projects day-to-day
• Mentor and support junior-level producers; observe their skills and weaknesses and recommend projects and training that will develop talent
• Contribute strategic vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product
Qualities:
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital/interactive technologies and latest trends
• Strong knowledge of digital/interactive design and development requirements
• Prior experience with banner production and working with media planning agencies
• Solid track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams in high-pressure situations
• Outstanding organizational, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously
