Development Producer

This is a Full Time Job

DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER (ENTRY LEVEL)
The right candidate will help our development team by researching and generating series ideas, as well as creating development & pitch materials. We're looking for an entry-to-mid level candidate who checks a few of the following boxes:

• Strong researching and writing skills, with the ability to write and prepare polished decks using Keynote
• Proven skills in graphic design including proficiency with Photoshop
• Fearless on the phone and willing to cold-call anyone
• A passion and ability for discovering interesting stories and characters to build series around
• Ability to juggle multiple ideas and projects
• Basic camera and editing skills for shooting and crafting sizzle reels for network pitches
• An understanding and appreciation of high-quality documentary/unscripted programming
• A desire to learn and grow within the company
