The Project Manager is a non-exempt position that will ensure that projects are always on time and on track. While not mandatory, previous experience in the entertainment business, social media and/ or creative world is a big plus.
The ideal candidate:

• Has a proven track record of success in prior administrative endeavors
• Understands the impact of this position's decision-making to the team members individually as well as to the overall operation of the companies
• Possesses good judgment, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to balance and effectively prioritize numerous responsibilities and multi-task with a sense of urgency
• Is a demonstrated team player
Project Manager Duties:
• Connect with all Creative Directors on a weekly basis, for current projects connect daily
• Make sure that you have a clear understanding of the project at hand
• Manage the project progress and adapt work as required
• Coordinate staff and internal resources
• Find out what the pain points are and try to assist wherever needed, report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Most important thing is to deliver on time, if the CD is late for whatever reason it's very important to communicate that with the OCA executive team first and then find a way to convey the issue to the label/ client
• Manage relationships with clients, CDs and OCA
• Think ahead of what could go wrong in a project and try to mitigate that
• Assist with contracting, paperwork, etc
• Make sure the artist's label is being communicated with
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Manage the project progress and adapt work as required
• Coordinate staff and internal resources
• Find out what the pain points are and try to assist wherever needed, report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Conduct project review and create reports for executive staff
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
• Client greeting and client relations
• Attend and contribute towards weekly forward planning meetings
• Respect the confidentiality regarding client information contained in any rosters, booking systems and within the company
• Undertake any other relevant administrative tasks/ projects to ensure the smooth running of the facility such as correspondence and calendaring
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
• BA/BS in related field or high school diploma and equivalent work experience
• 2 + years' experience in similar or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for MAC
• Proficient skills in basic web-page maintenance and all forms of online social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus but not essential
General Qualifications :
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must possess and maintain an automobile in good working condition with appropriate auto insurance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
