Level99 is a first-of-its-kind entertainment venue in Natick MA, opening to the public in June 2021. The Entertainment Shift Supervisor position starts in late May 2021, to help develop and train our Entertainment Team Members as we prepare the venue for opening.

Level99 is ''A World of Challenges,'' over 48,000 square feet in size, where teams of 2-6 guests play together in over 40 rooms, each containing a unique physical and mental challenge.

A young, entrepreneurial company, Level99 is venture backed with 8-figure financing and is produced by a team that has worked on such successful entertainment projects as 5 Wits, Boda Borg, Escape Rooms, Blue Man Group, and Walt Disney Imagineering, and food & beverage successes like Panera Bread and Night Shift Brewing. The Entertainment Shift Supervisor position is an opportunity for a responsible and customer service focused junior manager to dive into a fast-paced, dynamic environment and experience a true growth company.

We are seeking a fun, team focused and customer-oriented person to join our team as Shift Supervisor in the new flagship Natick MA location. The right person will be responsible for working as a part of the Entertainment Leadership Team to help manage the overall daily operations including opening, closing, training, motivating team members to provide friendly and proactive service that exceeds customers' expectations as well as working directly with guests to ensure full satisfaction. The right candidate will ensure that the venue meets company standards for cleanliness, organization, appearance, and function. The ideal candidate will be high-energy, creative, and relentlessly positive and have:

•A minimum of 1 year experience working as a leader of people in a high-volume entertainment or restaurant business
•A minimum of 1 year experience as a key holder in a previous position
•A passion to start something new and build a business from the early stages
•Full availability on nights and weekends as well as the ability to work 8+ hour days as needed
•A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude - leading by example
