This is a Full Time Job
This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of administration and compliance of Fox Corporation benefits.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with HR, vendors, and carriers on escalated employee issues, including claims resolution
• Serve as contact for senior executives and their assistants for benefit inquiries
• Assist employees with benefit questions, research, follow-up timely and accurately
• Provide support for compliance projects, audits and wellness initiatives
• Manage administration of international benefit plan, including plan eligibility, enrollment and billing for expatriate employees
• Assist with managing employee discount programs with vendors
• Prepare 401(k) payroll funding requests for approval
• Coordinate Open Enrollment communications and schedule
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to process department invoices & set up new vendors
• Provide administrative support to department (office logistics, daily mail, calendar, facilities, IT issues, travel, call management and expense reports)
• Manage employee documentation and department files
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of progressive benefits administration experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional people skills with experience and desire to help employees at all levels
• Outstanding computer skills including but not limited to MS Excel and Word, Web-based programs and tools. Expert-level MS Excel a plus.
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Strong ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to establish priorities as related to assigned projects
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and demanding environment
