Summer Intern - Casting

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Spring/Summer 2025
Internship Duration: 3-4 months
Time/Days Required: Regular office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm. Part-time schedule of 2-3 days per week will be discussed with candidates.
Workplace Requirements:
This is an in person in office position.
Interns are exposed to many aspects of the casting process, both creative & administrative. As an intern, you will support the casting team with the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy Broadway casting office.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Working closely with the creative team, associate team, and other casting staff to organize and implement all aspects of the casting process.
• High volume communication with agents and managers to discern availabilities, confirm appointments, etc.
• Organizing large scale dance calls and nationwide searches.
• Prepping audition materials, conducting research and sourcing video footage to educate creative team.
• Filming, uploading, and editing virtual auditions.
• Maintaining project-specific and office-wide databases, calendars, tickets and tracking systems.
• Tracking and coordinating schedules including auditions, meetings, theatre, travel, etc.
