Role Description

This is a contract, commission-based only remote role for Model Agent at JIJ Artists Agency LLC (License #2116931-DCWP). The Model Agent will be responsible for identifying and developing models, negotiating contracts and deals, and managing the careers of a diverse range of clients. The Model Agent must be able to maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts, as well as possess a deep understanding of the modeling industry and current market trends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Model Agent, Manager, or in a related position
• Working with platforms such as Syngency, Mainboard, Dropbox, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
• A deep understanding of the Modeling industry, current market trends, and the ability to identify and develop models
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract negotiations, deal structuring, and talent representation
• Experience with legal and contractual language, and the ability to navigate complex agreements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A proven track record of success in the modeling industry, and the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and targets
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
