Production Coordinator

JibJab is looking for a self-sufficient, highly organized, Production Coordinator to join the Emmy Award winning Netflix Original, ''Ask the StoryBots'' animated children's television series . The ideal candidate must be able to see 'the bigger picture' and look beyond what is directly in front of them. They must have a passion for workflows, organization and efficiency along with a meticulous attention to detail. The Production Coordinator will report directly to our Producer, help keep the Art team on task, ensure all projects are on time and most importantly, they must bring an overwhelmingly positive, can-do attitude and presence to the team. Without that, the rest doesn't matter.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Help manage multiple episodes across our Netflix Original ''Ask the StoryBots'' series within budgetary and schedule constraints
• Track deadlines for detailed project plans and timelines for all productions
• Coordinate efforts of both internal and external talent resources
• Maintain and improve file management system
• Catalog and track notes from weekly creative reviews
• Ensure that all work is being produced to fit technical specifications
• Schedule weekly calendar across all episode/department creative reviews
• General administrative support, including expense reports, travel arrangements, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience leading a complex production environment
• Proven ability to juggle a large number of projects in a fast paced environment
• Superior communication skills
• A pioneering spirit and positive, ''can do'' attitude
• Attention to detail and getting the job done right
• Has a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality; leads by example
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with animation and fabrication production workflows is a plus
• Start-up / small studio experience is a plus
