The Role:
We're seeking a passionate, proactive and resourceful and ambitious Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a creative visionary and help scale a thriving brand. You'll be a critical partner, ensuring operations run smoothly, finding new opportunities for funding and growth, and serving as the ultimate team player with the goal to build out a creative enterprise and grow into an executive partner who makes significant contributions to the growth and development of the business.
Responsibilities:
•Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing projects, schedules, communications, and priorities.
•Strategically plan, develop and coordinate projects/events ensuring alignment with business goals.
•Research and secure funding opportunities, such as grants and sponsorships.
•Support the creative team with logistics, ideas, and execution.
•Be the point of contact for team members and other important business matters.
•Anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions to challenges.
Qualifications:
•Proven ability to manage high-level priorities and clients with discretion and professionalism.
•Knowledge of the entertainment industry and/or creative environments.
•Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a ''get-it-done'' attitude.
•Deep passion for the arts and supporting creative visionaries.
•Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Requirements:
•Must live in Los Angeles.
•Full-time availability, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
•Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•Ability to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup as needed, with access to reliable high-speed internet for remote work.
•Experience in the entertainment industry.
•Previous managerial experience in some capacity preferred.
•Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
