Tour/Stage Manager
-Rental Truck Scheduling, driving, pick-up/drop-off, loading/unloading, or the delegation thereof with ASM and backstage crew members
-Ensure the Jaxx Theatre, its storage units and all sites clean are left in good working order
-Maintain ALL elements of the SHOW as set by Lead Director
-Supervise production team works as quickly and efficiently as possible. Responsible for leading and keeping Lighting Designer, Sound Engineer, and Crew on track throughout the week and adjusting their call times with ASM as needed (via daily schedule). Note: the show should be run with full lights and sound by each Weds. of TECH
-Booking & scheduling crew members, so they do not run into overtime
-Backstage set moves/scene shifts/Spotlight or Light Board Operation as needed for the production
-Coordinate with Director, ASM, and Sound Engineer re: Mic'ing and time management with students
-Responsible for maintaining daily rehearsal reports
-Heavy-lifting, must be able to lift a min. of 50 pounds
-Kid-Wrangling
-Other tasks as assigned including Technical Director type assistance with repairs, as needed.
