We are looking to bring on a Junior Brand Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to learn about the nuances of developing a makeup product created by an online personality. The cosmetic world is a highly relevant industry with constantly evolving opportunities.
What's the Role?
The Junior Brand Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Producer and Jamie to develop the first Jamie Makeup Cosmetic product. This is the perfect entry-level role for an organized and motivated person who's looking to grow and learn in the marketing/brand development industry. You will be working with other industry professionals and will have endless opportunities to expand your knowledge of how to develop and expand the brand's products. This role requires you to be self-sufficient and be able to manage changing priorities. Your main duties will be to work with the team to push along the development and marketing for Jamie's first makeup product.
The role is partly remote, although you will be required to be on-site for weekly company meetings in Encino or Hollywood, and other occasional meetings and events.
Below is a partial list of the responsibilities associated with this position (tasks will continue to evolve with the business):
Responsible for assisting with the development of Jamie Makeup products
Responsible for scheduling brand meetings with team
Responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote Jamie Makeup Products
Responsible for overseeing marketing strategies for Jamie Makeup Products
Report for in-person meetings
Design assets and filling templates in Canva for advertisements
Complete various errands product development as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a college degree, preferably in related in the field (Marketing, Public Relations, communications, media)
Must have your own computer
Mac/PC proficient
Google Drive proficient
Minimum 6-month commitment
35 hours a week
