This internship will take place specifically for the talent side during pilot season. Pilot season is when all of the potential new tv shows for fall or next year are ordered into production. You will be shadowing our Agents as they submit our actors for opportunities on these productions.
If documentation is provided for college credit we do sign off on paperwork.
The following learning blocks are available (pacifci time):
10am-2pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10am-2pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Must have computer with Internet. Basic Administrative Skills: Spreadsheets, E-mails, technical writing, database searching. Must be a fast-learner, be able to work independently, self-starter. Must be familiar with G suite. Ability to take notes, create technical documents, draft e-mails, follow up with clients, review casting notices.
Software needed: Skype, Teamviewer, Slack, Gmail, Microsoft Office or Open Office.

Day-to-day Agency Operations and Administration
How to be an Agent's Assistant
How to submit clients to casting directors
How to build relationships with production companies
How to research industry professionals
How to develop a client
How to review client contracts
New client on-boarding
Grooming for Junior Agent
Talent Scouting
Social Media management and posting
Press Release Writing
Talent Marketing
Basic Script Coverage
