How do I hire an Agent or Director - Commercial Department? The Jackson Agency is a grass roots agency built from the ground up over the past 5 years. We don't follow the boring corporate structure, we work in the cloud, we have clear expectations of our clients, we don't allow for missed auditions and unnecessary reschedules, and most importantly we provide a supportive environment so you can focus on what's important.
You'll work directly with the the owner and what I am looking for is an Agent that has a passion for Commercials in Los Angeles. Presently, the Agents I have, including myself love Theatrical.

We all work from home. We offer a fair commission split. We are on LA Casting, Casting Frontier, and Breakdown Express. You may bring your existing clients with you, or we can work together on building your list here. We don't force you to take clients you don't want. We're the rebels of the industry. Non-confirming.
