This is a Full Time Job
Prestigious talent entertainment law firm seeks full-time Accounts Payable Clerk. Environment is fast paced with a friendly and team-oriented culture. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, professional, self-motivated, proactive and conscientious.
Location: Century City, CA. A minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities are mostly Accounts Payable related tasks, with some cash receipts tasks as needed, including:
• Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
• Reconcile firm credit cards monthly
• Open and maintain client files in system
• Prepare and send client cost bills
• Contact agencies and business managers with questions regarding payment
• Scan and electronically file cash receipts
• Run various reports as needed by supervisors
The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years' relevant accounting experience and the following attributes/background:
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal and computer skills (including Microsoft Office and electronic document filing systems)
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with ease and minimal supervision
• Good prioritization skills and judgement
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally in person, by email and phone with high-level personnel within and outside of the Firm with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, while at all times maintaining Firm and client confidentiality
• Punctual attendance, reliability, self-motivation
• Team player mentality
• College degree
The pay scale for this position is $26.00-$36.00/hour, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefit package, including a platinum health insurance plan, 401(k) plan, and paid parking. The firm provides paid vacation and holidays and is also closed for the last two weeks of the year.
