Freelance Producer

Academy Award and Emmy nominated Los Angeles-based documentary production company seeking experienced freelance candidates to create documentary budgets/schedules for upcoming shows (feature-length and series) for various networks. 

Experience must include: 

Strong knowledge and expediency in Movie Magic Budgeting software and scheduling
Up to date knowledge of film industry rates across all disciplines
Experience working with studios and television networks
Knowledge of post-production, sound mixing, archival transfer rates, and workflow
Up to date knowledge of fringes, holdbacks, assumptions, and union rates (DGA, WGA, SAG/AFTRA, etc.)
Ability to know or quickly obtain music, film, and stock footage licensing rates with major studios
Overall strong communication and accounting skills
