OVERVIEW:
ITV Studios America is looking for a coordinator responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the SVP, Finance and the Finance team. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated and has the ability to work under tight deadlines with ever-changing priorities and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This role reports to ITVSA's SVP, Finance and is based in ITV's Los Angeles' offices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a variety of administrative tasks such as maintaining the executives' calendars, screening calls, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, maintaining filing systems and occasionally taking notes in scheduled meetings.
Responsibility for vendor set-ups and production billbacks and related coordination with various internal and external parties.
Development and tracking of Finance key performance metrics.
Coordination and participation in the preparation of reports and presentations needed for various leadership meetings.
Assist with compliance and risk management functions.
Other duties or special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in television, supporting high level executives.
Understanding of and interest in scripted television and trends within the industry. Previous experience in scripted television accounting/finance is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and time manage.
Strong computer literacy; proficiency in Google Mail, Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and able to take initiative to work independently.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; to exercise good judgment; to interact professionally with high-level executives; and to maintain a calm, positive demeanor in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
Ability to work normal hours from 9am - 6pm, with light additional overtime and some outside reading.
