OVERVIEW:
ITV Studios America is looking for an Executive Assistant, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the EVP, Operations, Strategy & Business Development department (which services ITVSA's expanding ''group'' structure with newly launched labels). This position requires an individual who is highly motivated to learn the scripted television business, has the ability to work under tight deadlines, with ever-changing priorities, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This role reports to ITVSA's Executive Vice President of Operations, Strategy & Business Development and is based in ITV's Los Angeles' offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the day-to-day operations of the department, which conducts analysis of studio performance, key business drivers, and industry trends to inform business decisions and lead growth objectives.
• Manage a variety of administrative tasks such as maintaining the executive's calendars, screening calls, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reports, maintaining filing systems and occasionally taking notes in scheduled meetings.
• Help draft, develop, and review board decks, memos, and other reporting presentations required by ITV management.
• Contribute to and initiate research and industry analysis of current competitive market and identify potential new business development opportunities.
• Support merchandising and commercialization initiatives related to ITV Studios America's diverse television slate (including but not limited to SNOWPIERCER, PHYSICAL, COWBOY BEBOP, TEN-YEAR-OLD TOM, ONE PIECE).
• Assist in the oversight of facilities and operational needs such as corporate subscriptions maintenance, office improvement initiatives, and return to office planning.
• Other duties or special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience supporting high level television executives required.
• Understanding of and interest in scripted television and trends within the industry. Previous experience in scripted television is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and time manage.
• Strong computer literacy; proficiency in Google Mail, Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and able to take initiative to work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; to exercise good judgment; to interact professionally with high-level executives; and to maintain a calm, positive demeanor in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
• The ideal candidate is able to think creatively and analytically, has an aptitude for problem solving, and ability to make recommendations.
• Experience with visual and graphic design is a plus.
• Ability to work normal hours from 9am - 6pm, with light additional overtime and some outside reading.

ITV Studios America is ITV Studios' LA-based U.S. independent scripted television operation.
