This fast-paced role requires an experienced multitasker capable of balancing the unique demands of several productions simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the primary communication hub between field teams and internal departments (Post, Tech, Legal, Finance) to ensure information flows seamlessly across the company.

- Permitting & Compliance: Research and secure film permits, location agreements, and certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Team Leadership: Directly oversee and delegate tasks to the Office Production Assistant to ensure office and show efficiency.
- Financial Operations: Manage and reconcile production credit cards, process employee reimbursements, and submit vendor invoices for payment.

- Document Production: High proficiency in drafting essential production documents (Call Sheets, PRs, and Schedules).
- Communication: Superior email etiquette and the ability to maintain a professional, collaborative tone across multiple show teams.
- Pressure Management: A proven ''problem-solver'' who can prioritize urgent tasks across different projects under tight deadlines.
