Employee Relations Consultant (various assignments)

Reporting to the Chief People Officer for ITV America, this is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a high-profile People Team function working on location at various productions. This role will be the point of contact for all HR and employee relations matters on location during the production assignment.

The Role
Point of contact for all HR related matters, including but not limited to:
Supporting onboarding and offboarding
Employee questions regarding employment
New Hire Respect in the Workplace Training
Point person to handle routine and sometimes complex employee relations matters
Strategic support partner to production management team
Must be available during off hours, including nights, weekends and early mornings depending on production schedule and HR needs
Other related HR duties as assigned

You'll Be GREAT For This Opportunity If You Have…
5+ years of HR experience specializing in Employee Relations and Investigations
Experience working with international productions and employees
Experience with conflict resolution, labor relations and employment law
Experience in unscripted production is a must
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including dispute resolution skills
Proficient with Google suite or related software

The targeted rate for this role will depend on the skills and experience of the qualified candidate.
