JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Support of Traffic System, Integrations and Analytics Reporting
•Daily support to all traffic users with troubleshooting
•Daily, weekly & monthly traffic audits and tracking
•Add & maintain user security
•Working directly with Stations, Pricing & Inventory, CentralCast Operations and MCOs to provide process and procedures for spot and promo placement, contract entry, copy, library maintenance and more
•Training new & current users on traffic system
•Testing new systems and current systems for upgrades or deployments
•Provide quality assurance and assistance to the Network Traffic team
•Assist with special projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
•3+ years in related functions
•OSI or other Traffic System experience required
•Analytics & BI Support (Microstrategy or other) a plus
•Salesforce experience a plus
•Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
•Ability to multi-task and work independently
•Results-oriented and strong decision making skills
•Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Including Excel and Outlook
•Must be a team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize duties
•Must demonstrates initiative
•Must be able to work independently with little supervision
