Part Time Unpaid Internship
Award-winning INVAR Studios is seeking part-time (Unpaid) Social Media Interns for our latest project, Apostle of the East. An upcoming historical documentary, the film follows the story of St. Thomas (commonly known as Doubting Thomas) as he is tasked with the journey of spreading the newborn faith to India.
This is a remote job and is work from home. Due to COVID -19 this will be a virtual internship with mandatory weekly meetings.
INVAR Studios is looking for a Writing intern. The intern will be responsible for actively contributing to the writer's room and any writing assignments in internal projects for scripts & pitch decks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain more experience and be actively involved in various aspects of the filmmaking development/production process. Love of films, ability to analyze and articulate your thoughts with creative solutions on given projects and obsession with TV/ Film is a must. This is an unpaid internship.
The internship will be for a period of 3 months starting immediately which is from July 1st Week to September 1st Week. The weekly hours can be flexible according to the interns' schedule, but a weekly 12 hours commitment is must.
Interview will be conducted via zoom
Due to credit will be given to the interns post the internship with a letter.
What You'll Do:
Script Coverage for any scripts/pitches/treatment
Developing content as a writer for pitches/bibles
To read scripts/bibles and provide feedback
Be actively involved in providing inputs & integrating the insights for designated internal projects and help in development in a quick and timely manner, and help with overall department needs.
What You'll Need:
Familiar with Film/TV/ Web Series
Friendly and respectful demeanor.
Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
