Sr. Entertainment Writer / Educational Content Development

Edutainment - Educational entertainment is media designed to educate through entertainment. It includes content intended to teach but has entertainment value. Used to influence viewers' opinions and behaviors.

improv learning (Division of Interactive Education Concepts, Inc) is a leading provider of safety training using edutainment approach. We are in the process of updating our IMPROV Defensive Driving Course and looking for a Sr. Entertainment Writer consultant to take technical content and turn it into an engaging interactive presentation that will provide a memorable learning experience.

You will work closely with our content team and subject-matter experts to creatively develop and script technical content for various platforms (video; e-learning, games, develop characters and creative approach.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 7+ years' experience working in a sitcom and/or educational show development
Experience in both drama and comedy
- Teaching Experience
- Gaming experience is a big plus
Prior experience working with both TV and digital platforms is preferred
Driven/proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Strong Project Management Skills
