Insomniac - Senior Manager, Business Management Reporting

THE ROLE

Insomniac is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Management Reporting to oversee management and corporate reporting, in addition to providing financial analysis related to all lines of business. This position will mentor direct reports to partner with various production and operation team members to establish budgets, track performance in real-time and assess profitability. This position will oversee Finance Managers. This position reports directly to the VP, Finance. This is a hybrid position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee corporate reporting and consolidation, including presentation of departmental forecasts, and preparation of annual operating plans
• Drive finance initiatives to improve operating efficiency and growth
• Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for senior management and various stakeholders
• Provide monthly financial and operational forecasts, including variance analysis
• Ensure regular meetings with management and production staff are effective in reviewing results

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors in Finance or Accounting required
• 6+ years of project or cost accounting experience (or similar financial experience) preferred, Entertainment Industry preferred
• 4+ years management experience is required, including managing, developing and leading teams as well as optimizing and reorganizing teams to most effectively meet business needs
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Proficient in consolidation and planning products; OneStream knowledge preferred
• Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a large public company

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
• May work in drastic temperature climates
• Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
