ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HX Support
• Report directly to HX Manager
• Assist during box office hours with all guest questions, needs and/or concerns
• Use iPads or laptops to access and update event systems; must be comfortable navigating technology
• Escalate guest concerns to management as needed
• Work with the production team to ensure all Hotel EDC activations are set up and ready prior to the event start
• Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred
Hotel Coordinator
• Ensure all Hotel EDC guest reservation match up with rooming list provided by hotel
• Act as a liaison between the hotel, Event Producer, and HX team
• Assist guests with any check-in questions and concerns
• Review and reconcile rooming lists prior to guest arrival
Event Runner
• Support the event team by running errands and completing on-site tasks as needed
• Must keep track of all spending and have receipts for each transaction
Hotel EDC Dates: Wednesday May 15 - Monday May 20

Hiring Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00 USD
