THE ROLE
This role will support the Street Marketing team through a combination of in-office administrative coordination, onsite event support, grassroots marketing execution, and research projects while gaining hands-on experience in live event and promotional marketing. This position reports to the Manager, Street Marketing. This is a paid internship and is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Street Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination
• Assist with preparing marketing materials, flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming events and campaigns
• Conduct research on local markets, community events, audience trends, and grassroots marketing opportunities
• Assist with tracking inventory, managing supplies, and maintaining organization of marketing storage areas
• Provide general support for special projects and other duties assigned by the Street Marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Must be able to work out of Calabasas, CA office and greater Los Angeles area as needed
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace preferred
• Must be motivated with an 'Everything is possible' attitude
• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
• Comfortable working outdoors, on foot, and independently for extended periods.
• Physically able to carry, hang, and distribute material
• Comfortable engaging with the public and representing the brand professionally onsite
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac's brands
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
• Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
• Must be able to work in open concept office space

Salary/Benefits
$16.90 - $18.00 /hour USD
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
