This desk is high-volume and fast-paced. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, have a passion for the entertainment business, and able to learn on the job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into a more significant role over time.
Responsibilities
• Manage administrative duties which include handling emailing, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, and additional office-related tasks.
• Managing clients' schedules, including meetings, auditions, and travel.
• Serve as the first point of contact with clients, Agents, and Executives.
• Read and engage with material proactively.
• Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information.
Qualifications
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
• Attention to detail, strong organization, pro-active communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to confidently communicate and interact with employees at all levels.
We prefer someone with agency or management experience.
This is an in person job in Los Angeles on a studio lot.

Salary/Benefits
$23.00 - $28.00 /hour USD
After three months health plans offered, Company pays a percentage.
