Assistant to Two Literary Managers

This is a Full Time Job

Two established literary managers at Industry Entertainment are in need of a shared assistant. Both bosses are kind, fair, and looking for someone who is eager to learn!

Industry is a full-service talent and literary management company with an office in Los Angeles and NYC. This job involves working with intellectual property, writers, and directors in film and television.

Basic duties include high volume scheduling/rolling calls, submitting materials for development/staffing considerations, and managing clients' and manager's calendars. Candidates should be organized, resourceful, and able to multitask with excellent follow through.

At least one-year previous meaningful assistant experience is desired. Job is LA based and in office. Ideally starts ASAP.
