Assistant to Partner/Lit Manager and Producer

Industry Entertainment, a top-tier Talent and Literary Management company, is seeking an Assistant for a Partner/Lit Manager and Producer.

The job involves working with writers and directors in film & television, film/television development and production, and intellectual property. Candidates with the right mindset and skills will find this to be an excellent growth opportunity within the literary representation space as well as a track to becoming a producer.

The basic nature of the job is focused on a heavy volume of call-rolling, scheduling, submitting materials for development/staffing considerations, and managing the calendars of both the Manager and their clients.

Strong preference for candidates coming off a literary desk at an agency or another management company. Candidates must also have a strong interest in becoming a manager/producer.

Job is LA-based, and candidates must be prepared to start immediately if selected for the position.

Salary will be higher than the usual entry-level rate.
