Position Summary:
As an ILM Runner, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of ILM's London studio, reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the Tech team as needed.
Our runners play a vital role in our support team. They familiarise themselves with all aspects of our facility, gaining exclusive insights into its operations and building connections with a diverse range of staff across various disciplines within our studio. There's also an opportunity for VFX Artist or Production training after the 3-month probation period.
Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch hospitality for client visits, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in communal areas.
• Assist in desk moves, kit preparation for shoots, and handling deliveries, ensuring seamless operations.
• Managing general administration tasks, such as sorting through post and ordering office supplies.
• Contribute to social activities and act as a point of contact for building-related issues.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent matters effectively.
Requirements:
• Customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• High level of self-organisation, adaptability, and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
Preferred:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, creative industry.
• Knowledge of Visual Effects.
• Availability for shifts and weekend work.
