*Interviews, on-boardings, and pre-production meetings will take place on Zoom for the duration of the stay-at-home order.
We are looking for an Art Director for our upcoming feature film.
The film, Something's More Than One Thing, is an acerbic comedy written and directed by Jay Alvarez (I Play With the Phrase Each Other), and Executive Produced by the Russo Brothers (Avengers: Endgame).
We are looking for someone who presents an understanding of the film's aesthetic, a keen problem solving mind, and a tireless work ethic.
The film's interiors range from squalid punk crash houses, cramped bohemian urban apartments to mundane suburban dwellings. Many interiors will be heavily distressed, and the right candidate will be able to strategize for either secured or constructed locations. The Exteriors depict an urban environment blighted with poverty, and production will be experimenting with laminants to apply convincing temporary graffiti.
Principal photography begins on September 27th, with 35 days of shooting scheduled. You will also be involved in pre-production, and paid for 5 days leading up to Principal at a rate of between $250/day.
