Publicity Assistant

Role Description
We are looking to grow our team by adding a Publicity Assistant. This person will handle the logistics across an array of clients. Main responsibilities include scheduling interviews/appearances/photo shoots, handling travel logistics, booking hair/make-up/styling, etc. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow in the role.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy email load
Understanding of media relations and industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus but not required with the right attitude
Looking for preferably NY based but open to LA.
