Assistant, Physical Production

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support a high-volume Agent in our Physical Production department, supporting our roster of below-the-line clients. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.

Duties
• Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes
• Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
• Communicating with high-profile clients, studio/network executives, promoters, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
• Submitting material and tracking clients for television and film projects
• Maintaining and tracking expenses

Education And Experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years of professional experience
• Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in inEntertainment is a plus
