Assistant, Partner|Department Head

This is a Full Time Job

This position will assist our Partner|Department Head, as well as participate in supporting the Agency's top tier roster of writers, showrunners, and cross departmental clients. The position requires an organized, communicative, and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.

Duties

· Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes

· Reading scripts and providing constructive creative feedback

· Drafting bookings and invoices

· Communicating with high-profile studio/network executives, producers, and managers while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism

· Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive

· Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines

· Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality

Education And Experience

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years of professional experience

· Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus, but not required

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
