Part Time Unpaid Internship
Learn what it takes to work in the Entertainment Industry, review breakdowns for Television shows, commercials, and feature films, you will learn how to work on Talent Submissions, schedule audition appointments, and experience closing the deal.
Inclusion Management was formed to address the gap between under-served talent and the exploding demand for diverse content. We are a hub of authentic storytellers with broad and diverse backgrounds, from the US, Latin America, and the rest of-the-world.
We are looking for someone with a great eye who considers themselves a hustler. You should have a strong work ethic, great communication skills This position requires a lot of administrative tasks such as uploading photos to PDF databases, data entry but will also include SCOUTING! No prior experience is necessary, just the desire to learn and grow within the Entertainment Business.
-Assist with project submissions, talent auditions and job bookings
-Daily communications with talent, casting, managers, agents, and studios
-Updating and maintaining our talent database
-Attending and participating in company meetings during the week
-Light script coverage
-Must have a personal computer
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Self-directed independent workers with unmatched work ethics who enjoy being a part of a team
-Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion**
-Strong research skills
-Solid knowledge of PC/Mac, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
-Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required!
-Open to recent graduates
Must be available a minimum of 14 hours a week. You can make your own schedule as long as the requests are taken care of. There is definitely room for growth.
Salary: This is a non-paid internship. However, we do offer school credit and growth opportunities within the company.
We believe in mentorship in this relationship-driven industry and we want to mentor and spend my time doing so on the people who really want to get something out of this experience!
