This role is ideal for an accomplished publicist who has built a respected reputation within the entertainment industry and is looking for a leadership opportunity with an entrepreneurial agency that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional media instincts, impeccable judgment, and an established network of relationships across entertainment and consumer media.
Responsibilities
1. Lead strategic publicity campaigns for a high-profile talent roster.
2. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and senior communications strategist for clients.
3. Develop innovative, results-driven media strategies that elevate client visibility and support career objectives.
4. Secure impactful national and international media opportunities across print, digital, broadcast, podcast, and emerging platforms.
5. Maintain and expand relationships with editors, producers, journalists, bookers, and industry influencers.
6. Partner closely with talent representatives, managers, attorneys, studios, networks, streamers, publishers, and brand teams.
7. Counsel clients through reputation management, sensitive communications, and time-sensitive media situations.
8. Represent clients at premieres, film festivals, award shows, junkets, press tours, and special events.
9. Mentor junior staff while contributing to agency growth and new business initiatives.

Qualifications
1. Minimum 8 years of entertainment publicity experience, with significant talent representation.
2. Demonstrated success managing high-profile clients and executing nationally recognized publicity campaigns.
3. Deep, established relationships with entertainment, lifestyle, business, and cultural media.
4. Outstanding strategic thinking, communication, writing, and client management skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple high-level priorities.
6. Professional discretion, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
7. Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative leadership style.
