Top-tier talent (actors + musicians) public relations firm based in Hollywood is hiring an Account Coordinator for the desk of a Vice Presidents. Positive, collaborative work environment with many pluses and the opportunity for growth. Candidates must have at least one year experience assisting in the entertainment industry and live in the metropolitan Los Angeles area. This is an in-office position.

The goal is to facilitate the smooth running of daily operations and the success of PR efforts. We are looking for candidates who want to be publicists, are self-starters, ambitious, resourceful, well-organized, personable and confident. They must have excellent communication and writing skills as well as an analytical mind with attention to detail. The ability to multitask on a busy desk in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Responsibilities include keeping calendars and media lists, assisting in the organization and execution of campaigns, conducting research to support PR planning, creating press kits and bios, drafting and distributing memos, schedules and information, etc. Evening and weekend work required on an as needed basis.
