Account Coordinator (Marketing and PR)

A bi-coastal Talent Public Relations firm is hiring an Account Coordinator for the Director of Publicity based in New York.

Positive, collaborative work environment with the opportunity to advance. Previous experience on an executive level desk and entertainment experience is preferred. The goal is to facilitate the smooth running of daily operations and success of PR efforts. Looking for candidates who are ambitious, resourceful, well-organized and confident with excellent communication and writing skills and an analytical mind with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include keeping calendars and media lists, assisting in the organization and execution of events and campaigns, conducting research to support planning, drafting and distributing content and information.
