Full Time Job:
Experienced Personal Assistant needed to work directly with a TV personality / media executive. The employee will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This individual will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This candidate will be exceedingly well organized, computer literate, able to interface with multiple teams booking travel, coordinating schedules, flexible and have an understanding of the TV industry.
The Company:
Impractical Productions, LLC is a production company owned by James ''Murr'' Murray, one of the stars and Executive Producers of Impractical Jokers on truTV. The company develops new TV shows, motion pictures, books and live events.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
* Supporting executive with all aspects of his career, including television, movies, touring, publishing and more
* Heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
* Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive as needed
* Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Be savvy at marketing and social media, have excellent writing skills
* Participate in brainstorming meetings
* Run assigned errands as needed / required
Required education, skills and experience:
* BA/BS
* Self starter and able to generate, pitch and execute ideas quickly
* Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
* Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
* Computer savvy; able to quickly learn databases and applications
* Experience scheduling travel arrangements
* A high level of confidentiality is crucial to this role
* Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail
* Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and always stay a few steps ahead
* Experience and ability to maintain and update Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts
