Interns at Imperative Entertainment have a unique opportunity to be a part of the business and legal affairs team and gain valuable experience in a fast paced legal environment. This internship position will consist of everything from corporate formation and maintenance, development deals (rights, writers), cast deals, and a wide variety of physical production tasks, including, drafting locations, department heads, attending business meetings, and administrative assistance (file clerk, document management, generating legal status reports, etc.) and more. This position requires a can do attitude with the ability to juggle constantly changing priorities, attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication. Interns must be able to work at least 2 days per week from 10am to 6pm and must be able to intern for academic credit.
