Imperative Entertainment is an independent film/tv/transmedia development and production company, seeking highly motivated interns. This is a new company with seasoned veterans in film and television. The position will consist of everything from reading scripts, to helping the staff prepare for meetings, to brainstorming new ideas. Interns will also get the opportunity to participate in Weekend Read and Idea meetings. As well, interns will help with administrative tasks such as maintaining the office setting, organizing files/DVDs, etc.
This is a great opportunity to learn everything about the film and television development process from the ground up. Candidates should be ambitious, with excellent written and verbal skills along with positive and eager attitude. Knowledge of film and televisions industry is a plus. Must be able to receive college credit.
