2+ yrs of previous talent agency experience
Strong pitching abilities
Strong scouting abilities
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Casting Databases
Resourceful and Creative
Ability to work alone and in a team.
Integrity is paramount
The ideal candidate has an existing clientele list and relationships with casting and managers but not necessary.
Must do a background check
Commission rate negotiable based on experience.
