Talent Agent - Theatrical & Commerical

This is a Full Time Job

Responsibilities include:
• Representing and managing talent across film, television, stage, and commercials.
• Securing auditions, bookings, and opportunities for clients.
• Negotiating contracts and maintaining industry relationships.
• Guiding talent strategy and long-term career growth.
• Participating in weekly meetings and/or providing regular status updates on client activity and submissions.

Requirements:
• 3 years' experience as a talent agent or similar role in entertainment.
• Strong industry connections and communication skills.
• Organization and prioritization skills.
• The ideal candidate has an existing clientele list and relationships with casting directors and entertainment.
• Background check.
